Easy Installation
Installation is simple. Here's what you'll need to do:
- Begin with selecting blocks for your fire pit
- Connect your natural gas or propane hose kit to the supplied H-Burner
- Begin stacking your block in the desired shape leaving off the top course
- Place flat pan and burner on top of your fire pit
- Add final courses of blocks on flat pan to "pinch" between the top two courses of blocks
- Completely cover your pan with Fire Glass
- Light and enjoy!
Maximizes the Magic, Minimizes the Fire Glass
Our 48" Rectangular Stainless Steel Flat Pan gets pinched between the top two courses of your block fire pit, giving it a false bottom, and saving you money on fire glass. Resting the flat pan between the top two courses significantly reduces the amount of fire glass (or lava rock) you will need because it creates the illusion that the entire fire pit is full of fire glass, whereas only the top portion of it is. So you get an amazing fire display with a minimal cost on fire glass!
H-Burner Included
We also include an 32"x8" H-Burner so there is no need to buy any additional parts. The 32" H-Burner is rated 128,000 Btu and is made from 304 stainless steel. Our high quality 32" H-Burner is designed to delight all onlookers with its amazing flame. The H-Burner increases the overall diameter of the burner, allowing for a truly realistic and evenly distributed flame. Furthermore, the burner holes have been drilled, not punched, which means no whistling noises are produced. Our burner also comes with a convenient ½ inch gas inlet for easy connection to a natural or propane gas supply.
Extremely Durable & User Friendly
Made of 304 stainless steel, our 48" Rectangular Stainless Steel Flat Pan is extremely durable and has been designed to withstand extreme heat and harsh weather without sustaining any damage or rust. It comes with built-in weep holes to prevent water accumulation and is also fitted with a convenient 1/2" nipple for easy attachment to a propane or natural gas supply.
(Please note: For propane applications, a propane air mixer is required)
