There are two main burners fashioned out of 304 stainless steel, generating a total of 30,000 BTUs, those of which spread across the 22-gauge heavy duty stainless steel cooking plate. It is covered by the stainless steel lid complete with a handle on either side for easy opening and closing. Ensuring easy cleanup is the full sized 304 stainless steel drip tray for easily removing grease and other drippings.
