Warranty Coverage Breakdown Limited Lifetime Warranty: The main structural drawer face, outer mounting frame, and internal sliding carriage structure against rust-through, structural burnout, or severe corrosion. 3-Year Limited Warranty: Premium soft-close drawer glides (slides) and heavy-duty drawer handles. 1-Year Limited Warranty: Included heavy-duty plastic trash/recycle bins, internal tracking alignment mechanisms, and mounting hardware. What is Not Covered This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover: Damage caused by improper installation, structural shifting of the island, overloading the drawer beyond standard weight capacities, forcing the drawer shut when overfilled, or dropping exceptionally heavy items onto the bin carriage. Natural weathering, minor surface rust, tea staining, or discoloration of stainless steel due to heat, proximity to salt water/coastal air, or exposure to harsh environmental cleaning chemicals.
