End Zone Access Doors Limited Lifetime Warranty End Zone warrants these double wall access doors to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use from the original date of purchase. Warranty Coverage Breakdown Limited Lifetime Warranty: The main structural frame and the 304 stainless steel door panels against rust-through, structural burnout, or severe corrosion. 3-Year Limited Warranty: Hidden door hinges, door handles, and magnetic latches. 1-Year Limited Warranty: Built-in paper towel holder mechanisms and mounting hardware on the 36" door model. What is Not Covered This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover: Damage caused by improper installation, structural shifting of the island, misuse, neglect, or lack of basic maintenance. Natural weathering, minor surface rust, tea staining, or discoloration of stainless steel due to heat, salt water, coastal air, or environmental chemicals. Scratches, cosmetic blemishes, or normal wear and tear. Labor, shipping, or installation/re-installation costs. Warranty Service To submit a claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase. End Zone will, at its option, repair or replace defective parts at no charge.
