Please note that the physical 20" drawer cabinets, the 4-pack of module connector plates, and the framing screws are all sold separately to give you total flexibility over your layout design. We recommend using standard self-tapping framing screws for assembly.

END ZONE BBQ KITCHENS Lifetime Limited Warranty – Premium Steel Frames Steel Importers USA LLC doing business as End Zone BBQ Kitchens (the "Company") warrants to the original consumer purchaser at the original site of delivery that all End Zone heavy-duty 18-gauge G60 galvanized steel frames and matching steel couplers are free from structural defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the original purchaser. What is Covered This Lifetime Limited Warranty strictly covers the structural integrity and performance of the following components: Structural Framing: Rust-through, cracking, or catastrophic structural failure of the 18-gauge steel framing tubes that compromises the safety or stability of the outdoor kitchen island. Factory Welds: Structural failure, snapping, or separation of factory weld points. End Zone Steel Couplers: Structural defects or failures of the specialized alignment couplers provided with the frame modules. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions This warranty is limited solely to the replacement or repair of defective steel frame components. The Company does not cover costs associated with labor, shipping, installation, or the removal/re-installation of countertops, finishes, or appliances. Additionally, this warranty does not apply to: Commercial Use: Frames installed in commercial, multi-tenant, rental, or non-residential applications. Surface Corrosion & Cosmetic Weathering: Superficial surface rust, discoloration, or oxidation that does not affect the structural integrity of the heavy-duty 18-gauge steel. G60 galvanization provides superior defense, but outdoor exposure requires proper skinning and substrate protection. Improper Skinning or Assembly: Damage caused by improper assembly using non-recommended framing screws, structural alterations, or overloading the frame with finishes exceeding standard weight capacities. Environmental & Chemical Exposure: Accelerated degradation caused by prolonged, direct exposure to pool chemicals, chlorine, salt-water spray, or acidic cleaners without proper protective barrier clothing/substrate. Warranty Service & Claims To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase (original sales receipt indicating purchase from an Authorized End Zone Dealer) along with photographic or video documentation clearly showing the structural defect. Upon verification, the Company will, at its absolute discretion, either repair or replace the defective frame component free of charge. The purchaser remains responsible for all shipping, handling, and freight charges (F.O.B. Origin) associated with getting the replacement steel components to their location.
