End Zone BBQ Components Limited Warranty End Zone BBQ warrants to the original retail purchaser at the original site of installation that all End Zone Stainless Steel Access Doors, including the Universal Double Door Series (25", 32", and 40" models), are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use and maintenance for the periods specified below. Warranty Coverage Period Limited Lifetime Warranty: End Zone BBQ warrants all exterior stainless steel components, including the 304-grade stainless steel door panels, double-wall frames, and structural welds, against rust-through or structural failure due to manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. 1-Year Limited Warranty: End Zone BBQ warrants all internal hardware, including hidden hinges, alignment magnets, and mechanical closure mechanisms, for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. What is Not Covered (Exclusions) This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and explicitly excludes the following: Commercial Use: This warranty applies strictly to residential installations. Multi-family, commercial, or public facility installations are not covered. Improper Installation: Any damage, misalignment, or structural bowing resulting from improper installation or failure to use a required cutout kit frame for structural support. Cosmetic & Environmental Damage: Surface rust, discoloration, tea-staining, or scratches caused by regular wear and tear, abrasive chemical cleaners, saltwater environments, high-humidity coastal zones, or direct exposure to pool chemicals (chlorine/acid). Shipping & Labor Costs: Labor charges for diagnostic testing, removal, or re-installation of warranted parts, as well as any associated shipping or freight charges. Warranty Service & Claims To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase (such as the original sales receipt or digital invoice showing the purchase date) and photographic evidence of the claimed defect. Upon validation of the claim, End Zone BBQ will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective component free of charge. Replacement parts may be shipped directly to the customer. End Zone BBQ is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product.
